Then upon opening the parcel, if you find that any product within the box/packaging is damaged please call us on 01233 503006 so that we can assess the situation. Please put all items back into the original box/packaging as following on from there we will make a collection of the damaged item and arrange a redelivery of a replacement free of charge. We reserve the right to offer a direct replacement. If the item shows signs of being fitted, it is excluded from this exchange policy.

What makes up the FREE fitting kit we supply?
The FREE fitting kit that we supply includes a brand new set of wheel bolts or wheel nuts, dependant on vehicle specification, and 4x Free Spigot rings (if required and explained below).
Made from plastic or metal, spigots allow perfect fitment and alignment of your alloy wheels when the centre bore differs from the hub lip diameter. A spigot ring is fitted in the back of the wheel with an outer diameter the size of the centre bore, and an inner diameter the size of the hub lip to allow the wheel to be correctly located onto the hub, and fit snug onto the vehicle for safety and comfort. Only supplied if necessary, and Free of charge. NOT to be confused with a wheel spacer.
There are some wheel fitments that are designed to accept the original wheel bolts or nuts that the car came with, in which case we do not supply new bolts or nuts. This is particularly common with some Porsche and Van fitments. We do indicate on the final product page whether the bolts/nuts are included.
Each set of alloy wheels sold is provided with detailed fitting / care guidelines. It is very important that these guidelines are correctly followed, not only for your safety, but also to prolong the life of your new wheels/tyres. Not only this, we are on hand via email and phone with full technical support, and you guessed it, this is included!
Note: If you are neither qualified to, nor competant/experienced in wheel fitting, we advise that your new wheels and tyres are fitted professionlly in your local area.

We use some of the latest wrapping and packaging techniques available, and have our packaging exclusively designed and manufactured for our pre-built wheel and tyre units, which not ensures the products reach you in perfect condition, and means we can get the items packaged exceptionally quickly, to ensuring your order is with you without delay. Packaging is so important when mail ordering so we take it very seriously, to ensure your goods reach you in the condition they were in when they left us. No item leaves us without a thorough Quality Control check to ensure its undamaged and we intend to keep it this way for arrival at your door.

Locking Nuts/Bolts explained (optional):
An optional extra, these have now been reduced to Only £10.00 with every wheel / wheel and tyre package / and when bought separately from Rimstyle. They are an optimum accessory to help to keep your new wheels safe from theft.
With each kit you receive 4 locking nuts or bolts, whichever is relevant to your cars fitment, and a key to lock them on to the car. You simply tighten one into each wheel in place of one of the standard nuts/bolts to lock the wheels on to your car. Great at helping to prevent fraud and deterring thieves!

How will you fit my tyres to my wheels?
To ensure a 100% success rate of damage free, error free tyre fitting to wheel, we use top of the range Hoffman Megaplan tyre fitting equipment. Equipped with the latest technology, our man and machine combination uses the technology of several protective plastic covered levers and arms, electronic turning plate and clamp mechanism, and the the skills and know-how of some of the best tyre fitters in the industry to ensure your tyres could not be fitted better, the correct way round according to tread direction too.
What does wheel balancing mean?
Once a tyre is fitted to a wheel, the assembled unit needs to be balanced before it is ready for vehicle fitment. This isn't required at first when just wheels alone are purchased, this will need to be carried out when and where you choose to have tyres fitted to the wheels. However, when we fit the tyres for you, we include a full digital balancing of your wheel and tyre units free of charge in our Hoffman equipped balance bay. We use 'zero tolerance' balancing which means we don't just get the wheel balancing close, we get it right, using industry leading Trax Ultra adhesive, Ultra corrosion resistant balance weights, concealed for optimum looks and for optimum longevity.
Tyre valves explained:
When mounting tyres, we fit a tyre valve which essentially enables you to put air in and out of the tyre. As standard we use a short black rubber valkve on our wheel and tyre sets free of charge, and unless a free polished valve upgrade is stated (often found on our Fox range of wheels) you can upgrade the valves we fit to a polished silver valve which comes with a polished metal stem cover and cap. A nice finishing touch and available to be purchased with wheel only sets too!
Your product warranty is included!
All product warranties and guarantees, provided by the product manufacturers and the UK importers, are included. If you have a claim under warranty, the moment you contact us we will act to process your warranty claim in the quickest time possible, and treat as a matter of urgency. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original invoice and proof of purchase. Some companies charge for extra warranty cover, we include it!
Please Note: Alloy Wheels in chrome are excluded from a finish warranty, and alloy wheels with a polished face or rim come with a 6 month warranty. This is due to the climate in the UK and salts that are used on the roads, so ensure high levels of maintenance and care are applied.

Using our extensive packaging, which is exclusively designed and manufactured for Rimstyle, we ensure all orders are checked, securely packed, and despatched by our secure and insured courier delivery service. We show you the specified delivery time for each wheel, which will arrive on time providing the items ordered are in stock. Some items will take longer than others for delivery, so if you need an item by a particular date please refer to the delivery filter to show suitable wheels.
Often orders placed before 4.30pm will be despatched the same working day. In some cases special delivery terms and offers will be shown next to your chosen product/s which we will adhere to. If an item is out of stock or the item will be longer than the advertised delivery time we will contact you by phone or email prior to processing the transaction to let you know and to see if you wish to proceed.
Postage and Packaging Cost:
The cost to deliver a set of wheels to your selected area is £25.00
This covers the delivery by courier and the packaging material costs. As we use a national courier for all of our deliveries your delivery is insured any any damages or loses.
What if the delivery is attempted and you are out?
All deliveries are courier delivered and therefore require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in when your delivery is attempted, the driver will post a card, outlining details of how you can rearrange a second delivery at no extra cost or make collection from the local holding depot for which they will provide address details. Alternatively, if you work weekdays we can arrange the delivery to go direct to your work address provided we have the full business name and address, and a contact telephone number.
Orders are despatched from Rimstyle with an attached despatch note check list both for the benefit of our warehouse team, and yourself upon receipt of your goods, with your invoice sent separately by post for your records. |Wheel Fitment:||Q) In the picture the wheel has a different number of bolt holes than my vehicle requires, does this wheel still fit my vehicle correctly? A) Most wheel manufacturer's only supply one main picture for each wheel design, but the wheel model will be available in a variety of fitments. The picture is for illustration purposes only, so sometimes may show 4 holes, sometimes 5, but the wheels will be suppied in the correct stud pattern for your car. Once you select your vehicle details on our webiste, the website will only display wheels that ARE MADE in the correct stud pattern (PCD) for your car.|
|Q) The website says that the wheels fit my vehicle, but how do I know that they actually do? A) Our website data is compiled by our experienced wheel experts from a variety of sources. Vehicle manufacturer's, wheel manufacturer's, ETRTO data, TüV document's, 3rd party wheel fitment data companies, specialist tuner companie's, our own experiences, customer experiences, and more. The data is then cross referenced to eliminate any inaccuracies, providing the most comprehensive and advanced wheel fitment data available via the web to the UK. |Q) Do I need to ensure that all the technical aspects of my new wheels match my original/existing wheels? A) Every vehicle has a range of suitable fitments, including a range of wheel diameters, widths and offsets, and there is absolutely no need to reamin exactly to the original manufacturer specifications. You'll find that only a small minority our aftermarket wheels are produced in the original O.E specifications, so if you are very strict with your fitment specification this will drastically reduce the number of options available to you. A) Yes, unless you request otherise, all of our package come with the tyres carefully fitted to the wheels using the latest in tyre fit technology, and the wheel and tyre units are then digitally balanced on our top of the range machines.|
|Q) Is it ok to have bigger wheels and tyres than what my car has as standard? A) In most cases yes, and the website will show you the approved compatible sizes for your vehicle. As the wheel size increases, the tyre profile is reduced, to keep your speedometer and geometry of the vehicle correct and within approvals.|
|Q) Can I have a different size tyre to what is shown online? A) On each wheel diameter approved for a car, there is often more than one approved conversion tyre size for the vehicle, so this is certainly possible. From the approved tyre sizes suitable for each car, rimstyle.com works with the optimum size/s, but other sizes are possible. We will work with you to ensure tyre aspects such as load and speed rating remain suitable.|
|Q) What do the numbers and letters on the side of tyres mean? A) You will find on the sidewall of your tyres a number that follows suit with the following example: 205/40R17, which illustrates the tyre width, side-wall profile, and diameter, commonly followed by numbers and a letter. These illustrate the load capability and maximum speed capability of the tyre.|

|Q) Are budget tyres ok to use? A) Budget entry level tyres sold in the UK are designed to offer a cheaper, more affordable alternative to a high end tyre model, whilst still meeting the requirements and saftety standard approvals stipulated by UK motoring law.|
|Q) Do you only supply car tyres, for normal road use? A) No, we can supply tyres from everyday 'about town' use to race track tyres, from car to van, from fast road to off road!|

|Finance:||Q) How do I apply for finance? A) Our finance system operates online, so it is just a simple case of adding the products that you require to the shopping basket and selecting 'Instant Finance' as your payment method at the Checkout stage. If your require a bespoke finance quotation setup for you (as the products you require are not available to buy online), please contact us with your requirements and we can email a link for you to apply through.|
|Q) How long does it take to apply for finance? A) Generally it will only take you a few minutes to do. In some cases the application may need to be referred to the credit underwriters if an instant descision can't be made, but this is usually resolved within 24-48 hours.|
|Q) I've applied for finance but I need to change/ammend the order, can I? A) The best thing to do in this scenario is to contact us. If you apply again online the application will need to be referred and this will take longer (and may not be successfull). We will be able to amend the agreement for you, whether you wish to increase or decrease to total spend.|
|Q) Can you tell me how much a particular set of wheels / wheels and tyres will work out at per month on finance? |Q) When do I pay the deposit? A) Once you have applied, and if successful, this is the point at which you pay the depsit to get the Finance underway. If you are not accepted or choose not to proceed it will not cost a penny.|
|Q) When will my first finance repayment be debited? A) Finance repayments are setup via direct debit, and will be deducted from your bank account every month starting from 1 month after you have initiated the finance agreement (paid your deposit).|
