We have a dedicated sales team continually on hand within opening hours to take telephone orders or answer any questions you may have for the product/s you require. If you wish to order by phone, please contact us on 01474 814469 which will direct you through to one of our multiple sales lines so that your order can be processed correctly and efficiently by a member of our sales team. You can even combine both the online and phone ordering processes by adding all of the items you require to your online shopping cart and then before you begin the checkout stage, call us with your requirements and we can process them and take payment by phone.

Ordering by post

You are more than welcome to send your order to us for immediate processing by post. Please include the full details of the items you wish to purchase along with your vehicles make and model, engine size, and year of manufacture. Please also include your full name and address for delivery, and a daytime contact telephone number incase we need to contact you regarding your order.

You will need to include payment for your order's delivery charge unless the goods are on a 'free delivery' offer. You can obtain the relevant delivery charge by adding the item/s required to your shopping basket online, or by calling a member of our sales team on 01474 814469 within business hours. Feel free to call us to discuss any upgrade options available on your order too prior to posting your requirements.

If paying by Postal order or Bankers draft your order will be instantly processed. Your goods will then be dispatched immediately, unless out of stock or a special order item, of which you will be notified. If paying by cheque, please include your cheque guarantee number on the reverse of the cheque along with your address so that your order can be instantly processed. Where cheques are supplied without these details your order will be processed and then dispatched as soon as the funds have cleared.

You are more than welcome to send your order to us for immediate processing by fax on 01474 815021 where your order will be immediately directed to one of our fax lines. Please include the full details of the items you wish to purchase along with your vehicles make and model, engine size, and year of manufacture. Please also include your full name and address for delivery, and a daytime contact telephone number incase we need to contact you regarding your order.

At the bottom of your fax order, please include your full card details including card number, valid from date or issue number, expiry date, and security number (last 3 digits on the signature strip) and full billing address.

You can make payment for your order by most major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, and also by EDGE Finance store card.
