Despatch Process
All online orders at www.rimstyle.com are immediately processed. Using our comprehensive packaging techniques and materials, which are exclusively designed and manufactured for Rimstyle, we ensure all orders are checked, securely packed, and despatched by our secure and insured courier delivery service. We show you the estimated delivery time window for each product online, with our online systems checking "real-time" availability. Some items take longer than others for delivery, so if you need an item by a particular date please refer to the delivery filter tool on ourwebsite. Often orders placed before 3.00pm will be dispatched the very same working day. In some cases special delivery terms and offers will be shown next to your chosen product/s which we will adhere to. If an item is going to belonger than the advertised delivery time window we will contact you by phone or email prior to processing the transaction to let you know, and to check if you wish to proceed.
Postage and Packaging Cost
The cost to deliver a set of wheels to your selected area is displayed at checkout online.
This charge covers both the cost of delivery by the courier, and the packaging material costs too. It is calculated based on your location, total weight of the order and type of products.
As we use a national courier for all of our deliveries your delivery is insured against any damages or loses.

What if the delivery is attempted and you are out?
All deliveries are courier delivered and therefore require asignature upon receipt. If you are not in when your delivery is attempted thedriver will post a card outlining details of how you can rearrange a seconddelivery attempt at no extra cost. There are other ‘in flight’ optionsavailable directly with the courier, including delivery to a neighbour and‘leave safe’ at your own risk. Alternatively, if you work weekdays we canarrange the delivery to go directly to your work address provided we have thefull business name and address, and a contact telephone number.
Invoicing
Orders are dispatched from Rimstyle with an attached dispatchnote, which forms a check list both for the benefit of our team and yourselfupon receipt of your goods. Your final VAT invoice is sent separately via emailupon final dispatch of your order for your records. If you have any invoicingqueries or require an invoice copy for a recent order, please do not hesitateto contact us for a free of charge invoice copy from our accounts department.
Packaging
All goods are thoroughly checked prior to despatch, and are then securely packaged and security sealed to ensure safe transit. We use some of the latest wrapping and packaging techniques available on today’s market within our industry, and have packaging exclusively designed and manufactured for our pre-built wheel and tyre units. This not only ensures the products reach you in perfect condition, it means we can get the items packaged exceptionally quickly to ensure your order is with you without delay in the quickest time possible. Packaging is so important when mail ordering so we take it very seriously and to the highest level, ensuring your goods reach you in the condition they were when they left us.
Delivery Insurance
Even though we securely package every item to endeavour that it reaches you safely and securely, unfortunately on very rare occasions goods can be damaged in transit due to the nature of the products, so all postage charges include insurance. If a parcel arrives and the box/packaging appears damaged, please sign for the goods and clearly print "DAMAGED" next to your signature. Then upon opening the parcel, if you find that any productwithin the box/packaging is damaged please contact us by Email or Phone (+44(0)1233 503006) within 24hrs so that we can assess the situation. Please put all items back into the original box/packaging as following on from there we will make a collection of the damaged item and arrange a redelivery of a replacement free of charge. We reserve the right to offer a direct replacement. If the item shows signs of being fitted, it is excluded from this exchange policy.

- If I email rather than call, will the response be as quick?
- We have one of the best email response times in the industry at Rimstyle. No email is left unanswered and we endeavour to answer all emails within 1 hour of receipt, within business working hours. During peak times with excessively high volumes of emails, no email remains unanswered for more than 24hrs.
- Do you ship internationally, and can you make exceptions?
- Currently we strictly ship within the UK and Ireland only via our website, and can arrange shipments into Europe by email / telephone.
- Can you supply fitting accessories such as wheel bolts and nuts separately?
- Sure, we stock almost all styles of nut and bolt heads and threads, along with spigot rings, anti-theft locks, and valves too. Just call or email with your requirements.
- Do you charge a fee for processing a credit card?
- We do not charge any additional fees for processing orders via credit card.
- Can I visit you to view the wheels?
- We are one of the leading mail order specialist for alloy wheels and tyres in the UK, our team are dedicated to phone and email enquiries and sales, so we do not have a viewing / face-to-face facility here at Rimstyle, but we are always on hand to discuss options, answer any questions you may have, and even supply additional images via email if required.
