Sadly your finance application has been declined by the finance lender, but this doesn't mean it's the end of the road. There may be a way that you can still purchase your order...

Why has my application been declined?

The decision is based on credit scoring and security validation, but on this occasion this has not been successful. You can seek independant information on your credit score from Experian.

Please note that any applicant that is unsuccessful will automatically be declined any future finance applications through DEKO for 90 days.

I still require finance, what are my options?

If you have a friend or family member that is willing to apply for the finance on your behalf, then this can be successful. They will need to apply for the finance themselves and all the bank details must be registered to them.

Paypal is a payment method that we accept and they offer either a Pay In 3 scheme or Interest Free Finance. The Pay In 3 allows you to divide the cost of the order in 3 equal payments monthly until settled. The Interest Free Finance where they offer you a limit and you can order upto this limit, monthly payments are required.

There are many alternative indepentant finance / credit card companies, so you could seek a loan through one of these. A comparison website would be a good place to start.

Other than finance, how else can I pay for the order?

You can pay in full via a Credit or Debit Card, please note that the full balance will be deducted from the payment card at the point of order.
