Your finance application requires further security and/or credit checks and has been REFERRED to the credit underwriters. This is very common and nothing to be concerned by. Generally this is where there is a slight discrepancy between the details entered into your finance agreement and your credit history.

There is nothing that you need to do at this stage and you will receive an update via email within the next 24 / 48 hours to notify you of the finance outcome. Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to speed up this process, but rest assured everything is in hand.
