Using our extensive packaging, which is exclusively designed and manufactured for Rimstyle, we ensure all orders are checked, securely packed, and despatched by our secure and insured courier delivery service. We show you the specified delivery time for each wheel, which will arrive on time providing the items ordered are in stock. Some items will take longer than others for delivery, so if you need an item by a particular date please refer to the delivery filter to show suitable wheels.Often orders placed before 4.30pm will be despatched the same working day. In some cases special delivery terms and offers will be shown next to your chosen product/s which we will adhere to. If an item is out of stock or the item will be longer than the advertised delivery time we will contact you by phone or email prior to processing the transaction to let you know and to see if you wish to proceed.
Postage and Packaging Cost
The cost of delivery is calculated for you when items are added to the basket. It is a calculation based on size, weight and location. As we use a national courier for all of our deliveries your delivery is insured for any damages or loses.

Can I collect from Rimstyle?
Yes you are more than welcome to collect your order from us (Ashford in Kent), which is particularly handy for local customers. If you wish to do this then please select collection as your delivery method at the checkout stage and the delivery charge will be waivered. Please bear in mind that it may only make a small difference of 1 day for the lead-time of your order, as it may be a case that we either need to transfer stock or there is additional work that needs to be carried out on the order.
What if the delivery is attempted and you are out?
All deliveries are courier delivered and therefore require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in when your delivery is attempted, the driver will post a card, outlining details of how you can rearrange a second delivery at no extra cost or make collection from the local holding depot for which they will provide address details. Alternatively, if you work weekdays we can arrange the delivery to go direct to your work address provided we have the full business name and address, and a contact telephone number.
Invoicing
Orders are despatched from Rimstyle with an attached despatch note check list both for the benefit of our warehouse team, and yourself upon receipt of your goods, with your invoice sent separately by post for your records. If you have any invoicing queries or require an invoice copy of a recent order, please do not hesitate to contact us for a free of charge invoice copy from our accounts department.
Packaging
All goods are thoroughly checked prior to despatch, and are then securely wrapped and packaged and security sealed to ensure safe transit. We use some of the latest wrapping and packaging techniques available on todays market, and even have packagin exclusively designed and manufactured for our pre-built wheel and tyre units which not only ensures the products reach you in perfect condition, it means we can get the items packaged exceptionally quickly to ensure your order is with you without delay in the quickest time available in the industry. Packaging is so important when mail ordering so we take it very seriously to the highest level to ensure your goods reach you in the condition they were in when they left us.

Then upon opening the parcel, if you find that any product within the box/packaging is damaged please contact us by Email or Phone (01233 503006) within 24hrs so that we can assess the situation. Please put all items back into the original box/packaging as following on from there we will make a collection of the damaged item and arrange a redelivery of a replacement free of charge. We reserve the right to offer a direct replacement. If the item shows signs of being fitted, it is excluded from this exchange policy. will provide address details.
